Website Maintenance is for clients who prefer to keep their site up-to-date at all times. Our retainer-based website maintenance plans provide pre-paid options that guarantee a discounted hourly services rate.
Customized Website Maintenance packages may include the following tasks based on your company’s individual needs:
- Weekly or monthly updates of your site’s software and plugins whenever new versions become available.
- Posting new content you provide, including client provided SEO for new pages.
- Image editing, including web speed and search optimization.
- Maintain e-Commerce initiatives by entering new products, change product photos, updating product stock quantities, etc.
- Managing e-mail accounts, groups and more (Google Apps for Work administration services).
- Monitor blogs and forums and comments and approve non-spam.
- Deleting website spam.
- Regular optimizing of website databases.
- Proofread client provided content for typos and grammar errors.
- Prepare client provided content for SEO.
- Responding to webmaster e-mails.
